Meetings & Receptions at Narrowgate
(circa 1810)

This gracious 1810 home with 17 inch thick brick walls is located across the street 50 yards east of the Little River Inn.

The original structure was built to serve as the home of Aldie´s first postmaster.  Several frame additions have been built since 1850. The house has a wonderful collection of paintings, prints and furniture from the first half of the 19th century.  The hand carved walnut table in the conference room will open to accommodate twenty people or smaller tables may be set up to seat thirty-five. There is also the option to dine outside on the brick patio under the stately 200 year old oak tree. There are break out rooms which include a sunny living room with French influences and the glass enclosed terrace overlooking the gardens and pool.

We have hosted many reception ranging in size from 50 to 125 people and we will assist you with information about caterers, flowers, music and the wedding cake.  The daily fee for conferences is $425 and $2,500 for receptions
